Welcome to MarAiLen. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully before installing our software.

1. Scope of Service & License

MarAiLen grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our AI-powered document twin tools on devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with platform rules set by Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

2. Fair Use and AI Content Generation Mandates

MarAiLen provides structural processing and formatting via Large Language Models (LLMs). By using the app, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the application to forge documents, generate fraudulent identity materials, or process illicit imagery.
• You assume full liability for the factual accuracy of any document edited using our Enriched Editor. AI structural outputs must be manually reviewed for precision by the user before professional deployment.

3. Data Responsibility & Local Hosting Risks

Because MarAiLen uses a decentralized, offline-first data model to ensure your utmost privacy:

• No Cloud Backups: If you lose or destroy your physical device without creating an independent manual export, your stored documents cannot be recovered by us.
• We hold zero liability for data lost due to device damage, OS updates, or unprovoked localized hardware failures.

4. Intellectual Property

The code architecture, design components, software UI animations, logos, and trademarked names (MarAiLen, Shadow-Wipe) are the exclusive property of our enterprise. The structured content generated from your scans remains completely yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MarAiLen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall our entity be held legally liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential processing errors resulting from AI hallucinations, failed image exposure merges, or data security breaches occurring on a compromised, jailbroken, or rooted end-user device.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect changing App Store policy requirements. Continued use of the application following adjustments constitutes binding acceptance of the updated conditions.
